GENERAL MANAGER
Melissa is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a degree in Animal Science and has been part of the Pampered Pooch Playground team since 2010. Before working at Pampered Pooch Playground she worked for a doggy daycare and boarding kennel in Green Bay for 3 years. Watch out Viking fans, Melissa LOVES the Packers and you definitely won’t see her working on game day.
ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER
Ellie was with Pampered Pooch from 2015-2017 and is now back on the team! She has been working professionally with dogs for almost nine years! She has a Welsh Corgi named Norah and a Norwegian Forest cat named Gizmo. You'll almost certainly catch her corgi, Norah greeting you in the lobby and requesting a treat! Outside of work, Ellie enjoys being outdoors with Norah, camping, traveling, reading, listening to live music and bingeing Netflix!
SUPERVISOR
Caroline has been a member of the PPP team since 2022, and a dog lover all her life! She is currently studying technical writing, and fine arts, as she finishes up her last year of college at the University of Minnesota. In 2023, she became a first time pet owner when she adopted her kitten, Cowboy! Outside of work, you can find her being social, watching Survivor like it’s the NFL, and doing anything creative. She loves to talk about your dog just as much as you do, so don’t be shy if you see her in the lobby!
