If the reservation was over the holidays, we do require a $50 deposit, which can be made below.

Holiday information, Cancellation Policy, and Deposit

Thanksgiving – CLOSED for drop off/pick up (regular day of play for hotel guests)
Christmas Eve – 6:30am-7pm
Christmas Day – CLOSED for drop off/pick up (regular day of play for hotel guests)
New Year’s Eve – 6:30am-7pm
New Year’s Eve – 9am-6pm

Holiday weekends (Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Eve)  are the busiest times for our dog hotel service which is why we require a $50 deposit.  There is a 14 day cancellation policy for all holiday hotel reservations and they must be secured with a $50 deposit.  The $50 deposit will be credited to your dogs stay when they check out. Deposits can be made by calling 952-922-8183 or use the secure PayPal form below to make the deposit online.  Please remember that a reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been made.
