Today I was talking with Jamie who is one of our doggy daycare managers and she was telling me about this apartment building that started DNA testing the dog poop that was not picked up outside their building and sending the owners the bill! I LOVE this idea. I do think pet owners need to be responsible, but there are always a few people that think they don’t need to be and the apartment building has fixed the problem. Good job! Little Skippy loves to hang out in the Canine Cove. He can often be seen resting on one of the many blue beds in the doggy daycare room. Skippy gets really excited to see Melissa (one of our dog daycare managers) when she is working in the lobby in the morning. Since we have a few dogs named Skippy, he is known as ‘Little Skippy’.

A big PPP birthday shout out goes to Neddie, who can often be seen laying in the lobby on her back, or begging for treats (please don’t feed the Neddie). Neddie belongs to Ellen, who is one of our managers. Ellen and Neddie worked hard baking homemade treats for all the dogs that came to play today!

Sandy followed Erin around everywhere she went. It would be very common to see Sandy in the lobby in the early afternoons helping with Email.
Every business has their own terms that people in that industry understand and doggie daycare is the same! When I was in radio it was all about Ramps, posts, prophet and in’s and out’s. We regularly text our managers and the past 2 month’s I found myself using the term “kk” on text on a very regular basis. After researching where it came from, Erin one of our old managers started to use it and it has caught on around the PPP. Watch out….. Soon it will be national! There ya go, a little insight into the wonderful world of doggy daycare text messaging!
