If you click the high speed link, and are not able to see anything, try clicking the low speed link. Some offices block the technology that makes the webcams work. The Doggy Daycare Webcams are live from 7am-7pm everyday, but the luxury suite cameras are on 24-7.

I can’t see the webcams at all or I see a little box in the corner of the camera screen.

Your computer will need to use ActiveX to view the webcams. If your computer does not prompt you to download ActiveX when you click on webcams, your computer’s security settings are probably preventing you from using it. To fix this in internet explorer, click on “tools” at the top of your screen. Then, click on “internet options” then “security” then “custom level.” On the custom level screen, set your computer’s ActiveX settings to “enable.” Also, be sure that your security settings are at medium or lower.

I can’t see the high speed cameras.

Try clicking on the low speed link on the webcam page. With slower internet connections, this works better.  Many large companies block the webcam technology by using their firewall.  Clicking on the “low speed” cameras will get around this.

I have viewed the webcams on my computer before, but they aren’t working today.

Try deleting you temporary internet files and clearing the cookies. If this does not work, call us and we might have to reset the cameras.

The webcam screens are gray.

The play area webcams are on from 7am-7pm everyday. After 7 we start cleaning and you really don’t want to watch us clean, do you?
